Shipping is 100% free on all e-bike orders within eligible U.S. regions.

4. Are these e-bikes street-legal in the U.S.?
Most Shengmilo models can be limited to 750W / 20 mph to comply with Class 2 e-bike regulations. Always check your local and state laws, as rules may vary.

5. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All bikes come with a 2-year warranty on the frame and 1 year on key electronic components. Warranty applies only to purchases made on shengmilo-usa.com.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Do you provide tax invoices?
Our prices are final and tax-inclusive. We don’t issue separate tax-exempt invoices.

Can I pay in installments?
This option is currently unavailable, but we’re working on re-introducing financing soon.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Absolutely — you’ll receive one after placing your order and another once your bike ships.

Do you ship to my state?
Yes, we ship to most U.S. mainland addresses. (We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.)

Where do bikes ship from?
From our U.S. warehouse — so there are no import fees or customs delays.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.


🔁 Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the bike is unused and in “as-new” condition.
➡️ A $200 return shipping fee applies.
➡️ The customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been handed to the delivery carrier. Once shipping is initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

Can I return a used bike?
Used or damaged bikes may not qualify for a refund or may incur additional deductions.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! 2 years for frames, 1 year for the motor, controller, and display. Full details on our Warranty Page.

What if I bought from another website?
Our warranty only applies to purchases made on shengmilo-usa.com. If you bought elsewhere, please contact that seller.

What if my bike arrives damaged?
Report it within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Minor packaging marks aren’t considered product damage.

Can I get replacement parts?
Yes! Warranty parts are provided free (shipping not included). Additional parts can be purchased at fair prices.
